We are looking forward to restarting the Intermountain Bible Institute here at KBC. At various points in the history of KBC, the IBI has played a key role in further facilitating biblical education among our congregation. In our cultural downturn, there is an even greater need to be equipped with the tools to faithfully read and obey God’s Word. Please begin praying about how you can avail yourself of these training opportunities in the coming year. Classes will begin on Sunday evening, January 22 at 5:00pm. Two classes are being offered:
1.) “Introduction to New Testament Greek” taught by Dr. Short. This class will equip you with the knowledge and skill to read passages in the Greek NT. For information on the length and format of this class, as well as the necessary purchase of a textbook, please speak to Royce Short.
2.) "Reading the Bible: Appreciating its Unity and Diversity” taught by Pastor Phil. This class is focused on basic Bible interpretation with an eye toward understanding the major genres in the Bible and the necessary interpretative tools. This class will run ten weeks from 1/22–3/26.
